iView Recording (Just out in "Click Stream 2.1" below)
Ever wonder which additional iViews your users are going to in specific pages? Very soon you will be be able to monitor your users iView clicks on selected pages. Currently we are test driving this new feature with customers and will be releasing shortly. Many of our clients are looking forward to this as it adds a whole new level to portal analysis. This is truly one of those features which makes Click Stream unique to any other analyzing tool on the market.
Enhanced Filtering (Just out in "Click Stream 2.1" below)
We have put the finishing touches on enhancing the filter functionality. Filter any report by combining information from your users such as company, department, country, etc. together with role or group information on any page. All LDAP attributes can now be used for recording and filtering. Tests were successful and our beta clients were very happy with the added filtering.
MS SharePoint Integration
We are working on an integration of MS SharePoint recording into Click Stream. First pilot versions are ready and being tested at clients today. Are you interested in helping? Please contact us
Save my Reports and Scheduling
Do you have a daily or weekly routine to open required reports or save them with your preferred filter criteria? An often requested feature is to store reports as "My Reports" and use the same filter criteria again and again. And why not schedule or alert yourself to receive selected reports on a regular or automatic basis? These new items are very high on our list.
Trends and Comparisons
While the current data Click Stream gives you today beyond anything else on the market, we still want to take it to the next level. Close up on our list of cool gadgets include a data comparison feature. Compare last week, month, or year's numbers against another time frame. Determine quickly and easily whether you have a downward or upward trend in statistical data such as portal usage or a specific page. We firmly believe in having the ability to understand and compare the development of your portal usage to be mandatory. This quick observation of vital information for you and your management will soon be available.

Besides all other future enhancements, we are constantly working on additional reports -Top Entry Pages, Top Exit Pages, and many more. Stay tuned!
